Inpre renews its commitment to Quality, Environment, Safety and Health of workers

Last November, the audit company Lloyd's Register carried out the maintenance audit of our Integrated Management System, recommending certification under the new standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, which replace the 2008 and 2004 versions respectively. At the same time, we maintain the certificate under OHSAS 18001:2007 standard.
This is another step that demonstrates the commitment of the entire organization of Inpre with Quality, Environment, Safety and Health.

First nacelle prototype of model G132-3.3 MW Gamesa, delivered by Inpre

This week has delivered the first nacelle model G132-3.3 MW in Gamesa facilities in Agreda (Spain), meeting once again the deadlines set in the project planning.

The G132-3.3 MW IIA wind turbine is integrated in the portfolio of Gamesa with a clear objective: to complement the product offer for medium-wind sites in markets where the customers require solutions with nominal powers higher than 3 MW.

The G132-3.3 MW turbine improves on the production capacity of the models G114-2.0 MW and G114-2.5 MW, available for Class II sites, both boosting the nominal power up to 3.3 MW and increasing the rotor swept area by 34%, which makes it one of the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for medium-wind sites.

nacelle-g114-2.5mw-gamesaThis week it has been delivered the first nacelle of model G114-2.5 MW in Gamesa facilities in Agreda (Spain). This means that we have met the deadlines established in the planning of this project, with over 240 m2 GRP parts.
This machine joins the G114 family, where models 2.0 and 2.1 MW are already marketed, the latter of which the prototype was delivered at the end of 2014, representing an unprecedented project rate and gives a sample of the Inpre capacity to meet the needs of its customers.
These wind turbines of 2.5 MW, are developed for sites with medium and high winds, class II, with the goal of reducing the cost of energy in the product segment 2.0 - 3.0 MW in more than 10%.

INPRE, belonging to GRUPO INPRE COMPOSITES, the Spanish Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) manufacturer leader, recently achieved Quality, Environmental management and Occupational Health and Safety zone standards.

Now, INPRE becomes one of the first Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) manufacturers that reach these standards in the composites market. The goal is keeping GRUPO INPRE COMPOSITES as one of the European Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) manufacturer leaders for the windpower market.

A lot of companies have already reached these standards. However, this is a great accomplishment for a Chemical works manufacturer, because of the environment troubles in the composites market. Therefore, INPRE keeps on pushing its environmental respect in order to provide Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) parts to its customers, as environmental standards direct.

Accomplishing OHSAS standards match with INPRE´s safety work commitment, manufacturing Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) parts in a safety manner.

INPRE asistirá a la "BRAZIL WINDPOWER 2013"

El GRUPO INPRE COMPOSITES, asistirá a la BRAZIL WINDPOWER 2013 con el objetivo de atender a sus clientes del sector eólico, compradores de composites.

El Director General de INPRE, estará, esta semana, en Rio de Janeiro, donde se reunirá con los interlocutores del mercado eólico brasileño. El objetivo es no perder de vista un mercado potencial tan importante y dar servicio a los clientes que actualmente demandan nuestras piezas de poliéster reforzado con fibra de vidrio (PRFV).

Actualmente, varias empresas fabricantes de generadores eólicos, han pedido a INPRE su asistencia a esta feria. Para INPRE, esto demuestra que su experiencia y know-how en las composites está muy valorado por clientes como GAMESA EÓLICA, cliente fiel desde su fundación, y de otros que han demandado, recientemente, su aportación en la fabricación de las carcasas de poliéster reforzado en fibra de vidrio (PRFV).

Además de la fabricación de piezas en poliéster reforzado con fibra de vidrio (PRFV), INPRE es especialista en la compra y montaje de piezas de calderería e instalaciones eléctricas. Actualmente, INPRE es líder del mercado europeo de composites para el sector eólico.

Inpre entrega la nacelle del primer aerogenerador offshore que se instalará en España.

Se trata de una nacelle para el prototipo G128-5.0 MW de GAMESA EÓLICA que, una vez ensamblada, tiene 12,5 metros de largo, 4 metros de ancho y otros 4 metros de alto. Para fabricar y transportar piezas de tales dimensiones, ha sido necesario contar con la dilatada experiencia y el ingenio de todos los trabajadores.
INPRE ha entregado todos los componentes de PRFV (poliéster reforzado con fibra de vidrio) de la nacelle en la planta de Tauste (Zaragoza), donde GAMESA ha realizado el montaje, junto con el resto de componentes, y ya ha sido embarcada en Bilbao rumbo a Arinaga (Gran Canaria), en cuyo muelle se instalará dicho prototipo y se convertirá en el primer aerogenerador offshore en el territorio español.
La puesta en marcha está prevista para el tercer trimestre de este año, con el objetivo de conseguir la certificación en meses posteriores, permitiendo la instalación de las unidades iniciales en un parque marino en 2014.
GAMESA prevé, a medio y largo plazo, el desarrollo de aerogeneradores marinos de mayor potencia (7-8 MW).
