Whistleblowing channel
The Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, establishes the obligation for all companies to implement a Whistleblowing channel. Likewise, Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, develops the applicable regulations.
The whistleblowing channel is a means to facilitate anonymous and confidential communication, made available to employees, customers, suppliers and any interested party, to report irregularities and regulatory non-compliance.
Inpre Composites, within its transparency policy, makes available to all stakeholders its code of ethics and this channel to report, confidentially, any irregular event or act that may constitute a crime and that applies to any employee or collaborator in the development of their professional activity related to the company.
The complaints submitted through the channel must deal with acts or conduct related to the scope of application of the ethical and regulatory code. It is not a channel to make labor, commercial or other claims.
This whistleblowing channel ensures the anonymity and confidentiality of the data, following the applicable regulations, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the complaint and a response will be sent to it, within a maximum period of 3 months from the same date.
