Quality policy

Inpre Composites, through the establishment of its quality policy, commits to reinforcing the competitiveness of the products and services supplied through process efficiency, strengthening its sustainable growth model, the culture of excellence, and the procedures related to quality management.

The three strategic pillars on which our quality policy is based are:

  • Customers, as the central element of all activities
  • Profitable and sustainable growth

To achieve the stated objectives, Inpre Composites assumes and promotes the following basic principles in all its quality-related activities:

  • Improving the satisfaction of internal and external customers, so that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Commitment to comply with the legal, regulatory, and customer requirements that are established
  • Implementing processes, procedures, and instructions aligned with the standards of the quality system, prioritizing value contribution in their implementation, with the aim of achieving operational and management excellence
  • Achieving a working methodology based on anticipation and continuous analysis of information, both our own and that provided by our customers, in order to prevent possible failures

The management requests the collaboration of all personnel to fulfill the quality commitment in the performance of their activities, with each and every one participating according to their corresponding responsibility and authority.

Prevention policy

Inpre Composites, through the establishment of its preventive policy, commits to implementing and developing an occupational risk prevention system that will be integrated into all its activities and decisions, both in technical processes and in the organization of work and the conditions in which it is carried out, including all hierarchical levels of the company.

The prevention policy affects both the people who work in the company and the workplaces and equipment.

In this sense, Inpre Composites assumes the following commitments:

  • Comply with the applicable legislation on occupational risk prevention
  • Promote the continuous improvement of behaviors and levels of occupational risk prevention
  • Involve all company personnel in the responsibility of managing occupational risk prevention, including contractors and collaborators in the active commitment to improving the working conditions of their employees
  • Encourage the participation, information, training, and consultation of all personnel, including temporary and external workers who carry out work on the facilities, to maintain an adequate level of prevention in the company

Inpre Composites will apply the measures that integrate the general duty of prevention, in accordance with the following general principles:

  • Avoid risks and evaluate and mitigate those that cannot be avoided
  • Combat risks at their origin
  • Adapt the work to the person, with regard to the design of workstations, as well as the choice of equipment and working methods, with the aim of reducing negative effects on health
  • Plan prevention, integrating into it the technique, the organization of work, the working conditions, the social relations, and the influence of environmental factors in the work
  • Adopt measures that prioritize collective protection over individual protection

Environmental policy

Inpre Composites understands environmental protection as an integral part of the business model and is committed to managing its activities in a way that minimizes negative environmental impacts, optimizes the use of available resources, and achieves a high level of safety in its processes, facilities, and services.

To achieve these objectives, Inpre Composites promotes environmental training for all its staff. The objective is to raise awareness among people by spreading the culture of respect for the environment, energy efficiency, and ensuring that production processes are guided by practices consistent with environmental protection and sustainable development.

In this sense, Inpre Composites assumes the following commitments

  • Ensure that all operations and activities of the company comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations
  • Establish processes, procedures, instructions, and environmental performance objectives based on the continuous improvement of all associated environmental indicators
  • Encourage all personnel to use resources efficiently and minimize waste generation
  • Implement technological solutions that improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions
  • Seek alternatives to recover generated waste, working on reuse and recycling options that can be found in the market or developing own solutions
  • Ensure that all investments made in the company take into account environmental aspects in order to improve the established indicators and objectives
