Sectors

FRP is one of the strongest and lightest materials available on the market. It withstands the most extreme conditions, being resistant to corrosion, which increases the lifespan of components manufactured with these materials. The flexibility and repeatability of this material’s production process allows for the design of any type of component and its industrialization in a minimal amount of time. At INPRE COMPOSITES, we support our client companies from the conceptual phase, through design and the selection of the best materials, to the definition of the production process for the successful development of each project.

MOBILITY AND TRANSPORT

LIGHTNESS, EFFICIENCY, AND RESISTANCE

As the demand for more efficient and ecological vehicles continues to increase, composite materials are positioning themselves as a key alternative for the future of mobility.

Glass and natural fibers are a real alternative in the manufacture of chassis, body panels, and even interiors. The use of natural fibers to manufacture components makes them more sustainable. All of this, together with the use of recyclable resins, presents benefits such as reducing the carbon footprint and promoting the circular economy.

At INPRE COMPOSITES, we are in permanent contact with manufacturers of new materials and research centers to learn about the state of the art and apply the knowledge acquired in the wind and bodywork sector to the manufacture of new components for the vehicles of the future. We manufacture components for vehicles of all types, from body parts such as spoilers, skirts, and other exterior elements, to complete systems.

Highlights:

  • FRP components for bodywork, structures, and exterior elements.
  • High resistance to wear, impacts, and extreme environmental conditions.
  • Weight reduction and improved energy efficiency in vehicles.
  • Custom design and technical development for each client or application.
  • Experience in urban, recreational, and industrial vehicles.

RENEWABLE ENERGIES

MORE THAN 30 YEARS MANUFACTURING KEY COMPONENTS

At INPRE COMPOSITES, we have been manufacturing FRP nacelle housings and hubs for 30 years, being leaders in Spain since the sector’s inception. In addition to the manufacture of FRP components, we assemble and integrate the wind turbine components according to the client’s specifications. From the receipt of the plans, INPRE COMPOSITES develops the production process, supply chain management, and final assembly, following the strictest quality standards, with special attention to environmental care and the safety of our team.

At INPRE COMPOSITES, we manufacture blades for tidal generators, participating from the engineering and product definition phase to the final delivery.

Likewise, since 2016 we have developed a manufacturing process for blades for tidal generators, participating in European projects such as the NEMMO project and evolving towards more sustainable manufacturing thanks to the EMLES project.

Highlights:

  • Manufacture of nacelles and hubs for wind turbines since 1994.
  • Component integration: manufacturing, assembly, and logistics.
  • High capacity to adapt to changes in demand and planning.
  • Technical advice to improve efficiency in design and costs.
  • Application of APQP4Wind standards and sustainability certifications.

NAVAL SECTOR

RESISTANT AND SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

FRP components are widely used in the naval sector. This material allows for the development of components with complex geometries, in addition to withstanding extreme environmental conditions and possessing characteristics of easy maintainability and durability.

Our service includes Mold design and preparation, Application of structural layers, curing, and Finishing.

At INPRE, we offer a specialized service in the manufacture of boat hulls in fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), combining advanced technology, experience in composite materials, and a focus on quality and efficiency.

Competitive advantages:

  • Lightness and high performance: Hulls lighter than metal ones, with excellent structural resistance and lower fuel consumption.
  • Corrosion resistance: Ideal for marine environments.
  • Custom design: Flexibility to create hydrodynamically optimized shapes.
  • Reduced maintenance: No oxidation and lower long-term conservation costs.

CONSTRUCTION

LIGHTWEIGHT, DURABLE, AND VERSATILE MATERIALS

At INPRE Composites, we drive the future of architecture and construction through the use of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). Thanks to its high mechanical resistance and reduced weight, this material allows for the development of complex geometries and avant-garde designs that would be impossible with conventional materials.

In collaboration with our clients, we transform ideas into real projects, accompanying each phase of development with customized solutions and cutting-edge technology.

Composite materials are revolutionizing industrialized construction, providing efficiency, durability, and sustainability. Among its most outstanding advantages are:

  • The modularization of components and structures, which optimizes times and processes.
  • The use of sustainable materials, such as natural fibers and bio-based resins, aligned with current environmental objectives.

Highlights:

  • Technical FRP plates for claddings, roofs, floors, and walls.
  • High durability against UV radiation, humidity, chemicals, and temperature.
  • Specialized ranges adapted to each usage environment.
  • Ease of installation and minimal maintenance throughout the life cycle.
  • Applications in industrial, modular, naval, and infrastructure construction.
