Likewise, <em>Law 2\/2023 of February 20<\/em>, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, develops the applicable regulations. <\/p><p>The whistleblowing channel is a means to facilitate anonymous and confidential communication, made available to employees, customers, suppliers and any interested party, to report irregularities and regulatory non-compliance.<\/p><p><strong>Inpre Composites<\/strong>, within its transparency policy, makes available to all stakeholders its <strong>code of ethics<\/strong> and this channel to report, confidentially, any irregular event or act that may constitute a crime and that applies to any employee or collaborator in the development of their professional activity related to the company.<\/p><p>The complaints submitted through the channel must deal with acts or conduct related to the scope of application of the ethical and regulatory code.
